DRAW FRAMES IN SCRIPT VIEW

Now that we can draw notes in script view, it would seem a positive development to allow us to draw the frames here as well.

Honestly, I think I would use this view for pretty much everything, switching over to Board View for adding, deleting, reordering frames, and adjusting timings.

Am I wrong?
