ISSUE WHEN DRAWING USING APPLE PENCIL PRO

I have an M4 13' IPad Pro and an Apple Pencil Pro and when i draw on the frame (a squiggle/ ine/ anything) everything on that frame will disappear. When i tap the screen with the pencil, my drawings come back, but will disappear again when i remove the pencil from the display.

I can tap to go back to the previous frame, then back again to the current frame and the drawings are there, and they stay there - until i start drawing again with the pencil. Initially i thought it was my palm, but i noticed it more when it was only the pencil touching the display!
