Link and button
Before, when I unlinked a layer, the links on the other layers would remain; now, if I want to unlink the last layer so I can duplicate it, all the links on those layers disappear. It’s a bit of a nuisance…
It would also be good to have buttons for undoing and redoing, because sometimes I try to do it with my fingers and it doesn’t work – the software gets confused and I can’t undo something that’s been deleted, for example, so I have to start again.

Thanks for your detailed feedback.
On linking frames, there's currently no way to unlink a single frame from an existing group, so we will look into adding it in a future version. In the meantime, two recent additions may help your workflow:
You can now duplicate a frame inside a linked shot. Open the frame's menu, top right, and tap "Duplicate frame": the copy joins the group and all links stay intact.
We added an Undo button that appears in the bottom left corner right after linking shots, in case you need to undo a single linking action without unlinking the whole shot.
Make sure you are on the latest version of ShotGlide to get both these features.
On undo and redo: these work in two ways, depending on the action:
Everything you do on the canvas (using pencil or eraser, removing an image or a drawing via long-tap edit) is undone with a two-finger tap and redone with a three-finger tap.
Deleting or linking a shot is undone with the Undo button in the small message that appears in the bottom left corner right after the action.
This may be why undoing a deleted shot did not respond to the finger gesture. Finger gestures should work quickly and reliably for all the canvas actions listed above. If they don't, next time it happens, could you please open Sidebar > Settings > Logs, tap Copy and email the result to support@shotglide.com so we can see what is happening on your device?
Hope this helps. Thanks again for your feedback and for helping us improve ShotGlide.

I’ve tried pressing with two fingers to go back several times now, and it hasn’t worked. I know I’m repeating myself, but I think a ‘do’ and ‘undo’ button would be useful. Unless, of course, you improve the performance of your system.

Thanks for trying again, and sorry the two-finger undo still isn't working for you. It should respond every time, so this is not normal and we’d love to fix it.
To do that, we need to see what is happening on your device. Could you please:
Reproduce the issue
Open Sidebar > Settings > Tap the ‘Logs’ button
Paste the result into an email to support@shotglide.com
Without the logs, we can't tell what is blocking the gesture on your iPad, so they are the fastest way to a fix. Many thanks for your help and your patience.
