Lock or assign numbers

The ability to lock any or all storyboard numbers (to allow insertions/deletions without disturbing existing panels), or assign any arbitrary number or text identifier to a storyboard panel is essential.

All the screenplay software I have tried has such a mechanism for scene numbering.
