Option to suppress display of drawing outside of frame guide.

When a drawing is scaled up, the entire drawing still displays, even the portion outside of the frame guide. It would be nice to behave more like scaling an image, where the portion of the scaled image outside the frame guide is not displayed. Tangentially related, the option for a wider eraser could be helpful.
