Linked shots

Some shots span multiple frames. ShotGlide lets you link frames so they behave as a single shot.

Create a linked shot

Open the Frame Menu (top-right corner) and tap Continue.

The next frame is instantly linked and given the same shot number with a letter suffix (e.g. 12A β†’ 12B). Repeat to extend the shot across multiple frames.

How linked shots behave

  • They move together when dragged

  • They keep the same shot number

  • Drag & drop actions apply to the entire group

  • When using Add shot before / after on a linked shot, the new shot is inserted before or after the entire group, not inside it.

  • When using Park group, the whole group is parked

  • When using Delete group, the whole group is deleted

  • They cannot be split by accident. They can only be separated using the Unlink button

Unlink

Use the Unlink button (bottom-right corner of any linked frame) to break the group. All frames revert to individual shots.
